I.系统说明：
系统采用高可靠性电气产品，自动控制、自动启动、自动停机等自动控制，工业电脑采用中外合资PLC控制电脑系统,确保运行的可靠性。
二、市电、机组自动切换系统功能：
该系统具有市电、机组两路电源自动切换供电的功能，主要实现市电与机组电源的自动切换。市电正常状态下，系统具有市电优先供电的功能，当市电失电时，系统能自动倒换之机组侧，由机组向负载自动供电；当市电恢复正常时，系统能自动倒换之市电侧，由市电向负载自动供电，具有市电优先供电功能。
根据发电机组与市电的数量不同，可分为：单机组与单市电的切换、单机组与双市电的切换、双机组与单市电的切换、双机组与双市电的切换。它们的功能如下：
A.单机组与单市电的切换：

状态显示功能：市电正常/故障、发电机运行/故障、市电／发电机带载。

三、自并车、自动调频调载系统功能：
A.该系统功能具有手动并网／自动并网／“0”位置叁套系统及选择。
当系统在手动并车状态下，通过同步表实现两台机组手动并网。并联运行后，可通过自动调频调载装置，实现机组运行过程中的自动调频、自动调载。
当系统在“0”位状态下，在自动状态下两台机组在市电失电后同时启动机组，只有一台机组实现自动投网供电，另一台机组延时3分钟停机。若已投网机组发生故障，立即启动另一台机组并投网供电。
B.当系统在自动并车状态下：在自动状态下两台机组在市电失电后同时启动机组，甲台机组实现自动投网，当供电负载小于一台机组额定功率时,乙台机组延时3分钟停机，当已运行甲台机组连续工作8小时，乙台机组会立即启动，实现二台机组自动并网，并将供电负载转移到乙台机组上,甲台机组退网,并延时3分钟停机。
C.当供电负载连续1分钟大于一台机组额定功率时，另一台机组会立即启动并并网供电。该调频调载装置确保两台机组负载分配均匀。
该功能可根据用户要求编程。
D.该系统并具有逆功率保护。系统采用高可靠性电气产品,自动控制、自动启动、自动投网、自动退网、自动停机等自动控制，工业电脑采用工业控制电脑PLC系统，确保运行的可靠性。

性能介绍
1、自动启动及投入功能
当市电电网停止供电或市电电压低于80%的额定值时机组将自动启动，启动成功后，给负载供电，一次启动成功的整个过程控制在15秒内，具有远端接口，可设置启动延时，实现发电机组自动启动和停机。
2、自动退出功能
发电机组在自动状态进行自发电输出期间，如果市电恢复并经30秒确认后，机组开始执行自动退出程序，机组将首先切断负载，恢复市电供电，然后冷机运行2分钟后自动停机。若冷机运行期间，市电停止供电，则机组自动调高速，恢复对负载供电。
3、预告警/故障保护功能
电池电压低，充电失败，过流，油压低、水温高等具有预告警功能，即数值在告警不停机，此时告警灯闪烁；当数值超过停机值时，油机产生故障并且停机。
转速低、超速、频率超限，电压超限、急停、启动失败有故障保护功能，如果某路模拟量输入值大于上限或小于下限，开始对应的过高/过低延时，延时结束后，数值扔未恢复正常，油机立即故障停机，告警灯长亮。
上述各种报警信号均有自锁功能，只有现场人员排除故障后，按下“停机”键才会使系统恢复正常。
4、自动充电功能
机组在市电或自发电期间，可对启动控制电瓶进行自动充电。充电系统采用开关电源，它可对电瓶实现两阶段方式充电。在充电第一阶段，电瓶容量较低时，采用恒流6ADC充电，当电瓶电压到26.5VDC转入恒压充电，并一直保持浮充电。当电瓶充足电时，充电电流自动为零。
5、手动功能
机组控制系统的面板上有自动和手动，当系统工作在手动状态时，可实现对机组的启动，高低速装换、供电、停机、报警信号灯光试验报警解除自发电分闸和合闸，市电合闸等操作。紧急停车旋钮在自动与手动状态下均生效。非常紧急情况，切勿用此按钮。
